Features of the Heimplanet The Cave - Maharishi Edition
- Roof Design - Due to the star-shaped roof, the centre of the tent forms an additional point of support. This results in a point-symmetrical slope with five drains for rain.
- Multi-Chamber Safety System - The patented multi-chamber safety system allows the entire Airframe (IDG) to be inflated in a single step. Once inflated, the Airframe can be divided into individual chambers using the connecting hoses. This design ensures sufficient emergency stability if one part is damaged, as all other struts remain stable. Additionally, the defective part can be easily located for repair or replacement.
- Colour Coding - The Heimplanet tent consists of three parts: the inner tent, flysheet, and Airframe. Before the first use, the "First Assembly" process is conducted, involving hooking the flysheet into the Airframe and attaching the inner tent to the flysheet. Included instructions simplify this process. To further assist, colour coding indicates which connections go where. Once the first assembly is complete, the entire tent forms a single unit, eliminating separate, disturbing parts. From that point, it is ready to roll out, inflate, and use.
- The New Material - The fabric quality of the tents has been significantly improved. All tents now feature 40D High Tenacity Polyester with Double Ripstop, which provides higher tensile strength compared to regular polyester yarns. This upgraded fabric offers greater tear strength while being lighter, smoother, quieter, and softer to the touch.
- Extremely Stable - The tent's exceptional strength comes from its geodesic dome construction and the ten crossing points of the Airframe. The greater the number of crossing points, the more stable the tent becomes.
- Two-Layer Construction - The air struts are built with a durable two-layer construction. An airtight TPU bladder retains the air, while the outer jacket, made of high-strength polyester fabric, provides support and stability. Before leaving production, every bladder and strut is individually inflated and tested for pressure loss.
